Kathy is a Master Certified Professional Coach specializing in supporting betrayed partners and couples on their journey to healing for over ten years. As the Intensive Coordinator at Daring Ventures, she guides clients nationwide in preparing for transformative therapy experiences. Trained by experts like Dr. Barbara Steffens and Dr. Jake Porter, Kathy is skilled in the APSATS Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model and Couple-Centered Recovery Model.
She is also a certified Pastoral Sex Addiction Professional (PSAP) through IITAP. Her expertise includes facilitating therapeutic disclosure and grief work intensives, individual coaching for betrayed partners, and couples coaching alongside her husband, Conrad. She is also the group facilitator for "Returning to You," a first-of-its-kind program dedicated to intensive betrayal trauma healing.
Conrad, co-owner of a synthetic rope business in Houston, Texas, collaborates with Kathy in their private practice, Recalibrate Coaching. In 2022, he joined Daring Ventures, where he helps men prepare for therapeutic disclosures and leads a Post-Intensive Relational Recovery Aftercare Group. As a Certified Professional Coach, he specializes in sexual integrity, relational healing, and couples coaching. Married with two sons and a daughter-in-law,
Conrad and Kathy cherish their roles as Lolli and Pop to their granddaughter. Their personal journey through addiction and betrayal trauma led to separation and divorce. However, through deep healing and reconciliation, they found renewed intimacy and are passionate about guiding others on their path to recovery. Conrad and Kathy will celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary in May of this year.
