Laurie Hall MA(c), CPC, PSAP, BTRL, DSTP, BSP

Laurie Hall, MA (c), CPC, PSAP, BTRL, DSTP, BSP, is completing a Masters Degree in Trauma and Crisis counseling. She is the author of An Affair of the Mind, the very first book on partner betrayal. She is the Past President of the Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS) and the creator of Begin Again Institute's (BAI) Partner Support Program, a first-in-the-nation program that provides support for partners while their men are in a BAI intensive. 

She is also an APSATS Certified Partner Coach, an International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals certified Pastoral Sex Addiction Professional and an APSATS trained Betrayal Trauma Religious Leader. She is trained in the Early Couples Repair Empathy Model as well as Help. Her. Heal., Full Therapeutic Disclosure, and Dr. Omar Minwalla's Deceptive Sexuality Trauma (Levels 1-4).

In addition, she is a BrainSpotting Professional. Laurie is a member of the International Critical Incident Stress Management Foundation and the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress. In her work on partner betrayal, she has been a guest on over 200 radio and television programs and has lectured nationally on sexuality, addiction, forgiveness, spirituality and ethics for the helping professional. 

Laurie's heart is for the betrayed partner: helping her heal, reconnect with life and herSELF (which often gets lost in the trauma of betrayal) and then go on to create a life she really, Really, REALLY loves: a life full of joy, peace, and juicy moments. Laurie lives in Indianapolis with her adorable dog Ernie. She enjoys kayaking, hiking, and spending time with friends.
