Marsha Means, MA, founder and director of A Circle of Joy Ministries, is trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist and works as a coach. She writes and speaks on the topics of betrayal trauma, personal empowerment, sex addiction, and intimacy disorder. Her work is based on both her personal and professional experience.

She has written several books on these topics, and together, with coauthor, Barb Steffens, PhD, she wrote Your Sexually Addicted Spouse: How Partners Can Cope and Heal. Marsha and her team of coaches offer individual and group support for partners of sex addicts, Learn Empathy groups for husbands, and work with couples as they heal.
